About Michele Topola, Personal Trainer, Pilates/Yoga Instructor

As a lifelong learner in wellness practices, Michele is passionate about increasing access to nutritional knowledge, fitness, and holistic health. Her 20+ years of experience in dance helped define her love of movement.

​Before beginning her career in health and wellness, she worked as an event planner in a corporate role. Seeking better work-life balance, Michele embarked on a journey that focused on her health, happiness, and relationships.
